Job Description
The Senior Development Manager (ERCOT) will be responsible for :
- Hands-on team leader and project developer.
- Personally develop a pipeline of utility scale solar, energy storage and other renewable energy technologies in ERCOT.
- Lead a growing team of project developers.
- Lead and manage interdisciplinary teams including land negotiations, real estate, engineering, permitting, legal and interconnection through construction commencement.
- Support M&A diligence and development efforts.
- Lead project strategy throughout the entire development process to achieve project & corporate goals.
- Ensure completion of any post-closing covenants or development activities performed by the project Seller.
- Develop and manage project development schedules and budgets.
- Lead project meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage contract obligations in key project documents.
- Coordinate closely with the cross-functional teams across the company.

The Successful Applicant
The Senior Development Manager (ERCOT) will have :
- 5+ years experience within the renewable industry
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field is desirable
- Experience with managing utility scale projects through to NTP in ERCOT
- Experience of identifying and working on greenfield projects

- $160,000 - $180,000 base salary
