Overview :
As a Fire Sprinkler Service Technician, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and protection of buildings and their occupants.

Salary : $80.000-$110,000
Job Responsibilities :
- Install, repair, and maintain various fire sprinkler systems, including wet, dry, pre-action, and deluge systems, as well as standpipes, backflow preventers, fire hydrants, and fire pumps.
- Conduct comprehensive inspections and testing of fire sprinkler systems, fire pumps, and other water-based equipment to identify and address any deficiencies or impairments.
- Meticulously document all deficiencies or impairments found during inspections or service work, following established procedures for reporting and addressing issues on-site.
- Adhere to all applicable local, corporate, and OSHA safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all work performed, ensuring proper record-keeping and compliance.
- Responsible for maintaining and caring for company vehicles, tools, and equipment, following corporate policies related to vehicle use and care.
Requirements :
- 3+ years of experience in the installation and / or repair of water-based equipment, with a preference for 5+ years of experience.
- Ability and willingness to work in various environments, including climbing ladders, scaffolds, and high-lift equipment, working in ducts, above ceilings, and in outdoor / indoor, hot / cold, day / night conditions.
- Proficient in the use of hand tools, laptops, email, smartphones, and tablets.
- Physically capable of carrying and moving equipment and tools weighing up to 50 pounds unassisted.
- Minimum age of 18 years and possession of a valid driver's license with limited violations.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.
- High school diploma, state-recognized GED, associate's degree, or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Demonstrated experience with the installation and repair of water-based equipment is highly desirable.
