Hours : Monday through Friday 8 : 30-5 : 30.
Pay : $16 hourly

Responsibilities :
- Open the mail and distribute
- Answer an eight-line phone system
- Match vendor invoices to the orders and then utilize UPS or FedEx bill to calculate the shipping costs for the order
- Enter tracking numbers into software
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Greet and assist onsite guests
- Develop and implement organized filing systems
- Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and Outlook and data entry
- Customer- service oriented
