• 8 years of experience in software development, and with data structures / algorithms.
• 5 years of experience with design and architecture; and testing / launching software products.

Preferred qualifications :

• Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction.
• 3 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization involving cross-functional, and / or cross-business projects.

One Producer Stack aims to vastly simplify the life of service producers that run SaaS on Google Cloud Platform and its distributed environments such as GDC-H, GDC-E, and GDC-V.

Our goal is to provide common components and building blocks for producers to easily deliver their products. Google offers building blocks to operate the service, publish APIs and interfaces for their services, and adhere to Google ToS.

In this role, you will be defining the next generation of GCP's approach to APIs and API hosting. You will be driving such areas as resource definition, including API configuration and config delivery, co-existence of different API formats, a portable management plane platform, including data store and state management, a portable API proxy, and versioning of APIs.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $231,000-$339,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.

The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations.

Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
