As aSupply Chain Analyst, you will support the business objectives bymanaging supply chain activities, including material planning,purchase order management, logistics management, and supplierrelationships.

Analyze, plan, schedule, and order materials on timewhile managing specific inventory levels to maximize operationalefficiency and working capital to achieve business objectives.

Engage in purchase order management thru the entire procure to paycycle. Evaluate, select, and recommend preferred logistical methodsto achieve business objectives.

Maintain supplier relationships tofacilitate partnerships with suppliers to acheive our annualoperating plan. Manage various supply chain activities to enhancequality, cost effectiveness and maximize operating income.

Role &Responsibility *

MaterialPlanning

  • Utilizevarious tools to analyze, recommend and execute inventoryoptimization based on a forecast, customer requirements, and / orbusiness direction.
  • Collaborate with managementand other key decision-makers from various functional areas toensure an uninterrupted material supply to our factories, dealers,and customers.
  • Support management ofinter-plant stock requests and orderadjustments.
  • Maintain safety stock levels tooptimize the build and financialobjectives.
  • Schedule and implement part changenotices while minimizingobsolescence.
  • Communicate supply chain concernswith stakeholders on recommended build plan and / or customerrequirements.
  • Analyze system parameters toidentify demandvariances.

PurchaseOrderManagement

  • Processpurchase orders, confirm delivery, monitor deliveries, and expediteto ensure optimum customersatisfaction.
  • Resolve discrepancies and / orissues as they occur during the procure to pay cycle, analyze rootcause, and determine corrective action.
  • Resolveinvoice discrepancies ontime.

LogisticalManagement

  • Partner withlogistics and other stakeholders to determine the mostcost-effective inventory transport to meet businessobjectives.
  • Solicit freight options and quotesto recommend the most desirable freight decision to maintain buildand customerexpectations.

SupplierRelationship

  • Act as aliaison between the Doosan Bobcat and oursuppliers.
  • Facilitate supplier interactions andescalations processes to meet the businessneeds.
  • Effectively manage supplier performanceby assisting in supply chain disruptions (quality, logistics,etc.).
  • Cultivate and maintain supplierrelationships with collaborativecommunication.
  • Provide customer support forsupplier relationshipsystems.
