Providing direct, onsite patient care services and other professional services to meet client-requested coverage hours along with formulating and administering health programs and clinic protocols, as neededProviding episodic, occupational, acute, primary, and preventative health care to patientsConducting histories and physical examinations and prescribing medications and / or medical treatments based on evidence-based practice standardsCollaborating with the client, nursing staff, and the operations team in determining, executing, and implementing protocols, formularies, emergency plans, and quality assurance programs for the clinic under the state laws, rules, and regulations governing collaborative relationshipsBe readily available to give consultation in the provision of health care to patientsProviding guidance and education to any additional clinical staff as appropriateThis does not necessarily list all responsibilities, duties, requirements, or efforts associated with the job.

Our ideal candidate will have : Successful completion of a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program with Board CertificationActive, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in state of practice location Not currently have any professional disciplinary proceeding of any state or federal authorities or to any disciplinary action of any medical facility in any jurisdictionHas never been excluded, suspended, or otherwise sanctioned by Medicare, Medicaid, or any other third-party payor, nor listed on any state or government list of excluded individuals, parties, or specially designated nationals list as debarred, excluded, or otherwise ineligible for participation in government healthcare programs.
