JOB OVERVIEW
We are looking for a hard-working and mechanically inclined Installation Technician to support our operations team in the assembly, reconfiguration, and delivery of commercial furniture to our valued customers.
This role requires physical activity (lifting 50 lbs. or more) and the use of hand-tools. Mobility is a must and a valid drivers license is required.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Furniture Delivery
Transport commercial furniture products from CFS to client’s location.
Ensure the safe and secure loading and unloading of furniture to prevent damage during transit.
Installation and Setup :
Assemble and set-up commercial furniture according to design, manufacturer, and client specifications.
Ensure that furniture is arranged in the designated locations within the client’s workspace and according to design specifications.
Quality Inspection :
Conduct quality checks on delivered and assembled furniture to identify any defects, missing parts, or damaged product.
Document and report any issues to your supervisor or management.
Customer Interaction :
Provide excellent customer service by interacting with clients in a professional and courteous manner.
Address any questions or concerns the client may have regarding the furniture, delivery, or installation process.
Health and Safety Compliance :
Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to ensure the well-being of the installation team and clients.
These responsibilities are essential to ensure that Commercial Furniture Services team members are safe and products are delivered to clients in a manner that meets or exceeds their expectations.
REQUIREMENTS
- Valid Drivers’ License
- Physical Fitness (Ability to lift 50 lbs.)
- Furniture Assembly Skills (familiar with use of common hand and power tools)
- Detail Oriented (capable of following instructions accurately)
- Customer Service (good interpersonal and communication skills to interact with clients)
HOURS / EXPECTATIONS
- Full-time (7 : 30 a.m. to 4 : 30 p.m.)
- In-Person
Evening / Weekend work with Overtime opportunities )
