Role Overview :

The Fulfillment Clerk must be DG certified and is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of orders, from picking and packing to shipping to meet customer ship date demands.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Order Processing :

• Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders in a timely manner.
• Ensure all orders are processed according to company standards and customer specifications.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy in order fulfillment to minimize errors.

2. Inventory Management :

• Monitor and manage inventory levels within the distribution center.
• Conduct regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Work collaboratively with the inventory team to address discrepancies and maintain optimal stock levels.

3. Quality Control :

• Conduct quality checks on products before packing to ensure they meet company standards.
• Identify and report any issues with product quality or packaging to the appropriate supervisor.

4. Documentation :

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of orders, shipments, and inventory levels.
• Generate and attach shipping labels, packing slips, and other necessary documentation.

Requirements : Qualifications :

Qualifications :

• Dangerous Goods (DG) Certified.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in logistics is a plus.
• Basic proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English
• Previous experience in a fulfillment or distribution center role is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
• Familiarity with warehouse equipment and operations.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Ability to lift / move 20-40 lbs on a regular cadence in an ongoing basis.
• Basic WMS skills, data entry, math and reading skills
• Minimum 1+ year of warehouse experience
• Pay : $22.00-$24.00 / hour
