Your Opportunity : Taylor Corporation is looking for an Associate Digital Marketing Manager .
Your Responsibilities :
- Manage Salesforce Marketing Cloud processes across brands
- Assist in the execution of campaigns and creation of journeys in Marketing Cloud, consisting of Automation Studio (SQL), automation rules, creation of audiences and data extensions and field management
- Interpret and implement digital best practices for email / marketing automation, data hygiene, and segmentation
- Analyze, track and report on key metrics, improving performance throughout the funnel
- Provide internal consultation on Marketing Cloud capabilities and marketing automation strategies
- Help develop project timelines, schedule kick-offs, and manage projects day-to-day through completion
- Provide support for Account Engagement campaigns as needed
You Must Have :
- 2+ years working in a digital marketing-driven role, digital marketing experience required
- Experience with Salesforce platforms (Marketing Cloud / Account Engagement)
- Experience measuring impact and value of campaigns and touches, using best-practice analytics and testing protocols
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to optimize campaigns effectively
- Knowledge of SQL required
- Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
