NEED : CRNA
TYPE : 1099 Contract - Locum Tenens
LOCATION : West Columbia, SC
Need : CRNA - several openings!
When : As soon as credentialed for 13 weeks with extension possible
Shifts : Mon-Fri, 40 hrs per week (five 8 hr shifts each week with possibly some flexibility on shift times : 7a-3p, 7a-5p, 7a-7p
Pay : Great Rate of Pay! Lodging, Airfare and Rental Car / Mileage included!
Malpractice insurance provided!
DETAILS :
- Support staff : Anesthesia techs
- Patients per day : Approximately 150 anesthetics per day between Main OR, ASCs, IR, Cath Lab, EP, OB, MRI, etc.
- Patient population / age : 18 Geriatric. Very limited pediatric cases but travelers is not included in pediatric cases
- Department description : Large department of 70 CRNAs with 15 anesthesiologists working under Medical Direction Care Team model providing anesthesia for generally, GYN, ortho, urology, and vascular cases
- EMR : Epic (Preferred)
- Special Equipment : Have Glidescopes, Alaris IV pumps. Utilize Draeger anesthesia machines.
- Skills required : No regional or block skills needed
- Will NOT be working autonomously.
REQUIREMENTS :
Board Certification : CRNA
- State license required : Yes
- DEA : Yes
- Certifications preferred : ACLS, BLS, PALS
- Minimum experience required : 3 years
Credentialing Timeframe : 60 90 days, COVID vaccine required-no exemptions
