Position Summary
Redbox+ Dumpsters of BucksMont is currently in search of an Operations Manager to join our team! We are a small business with 5-10 trucks.
We are looking for someone with knowledge of trucks (and the roll-off industry even) who also has management experience.
You must be willing to get a bit dirty and hop in the truck as needed. We are looking for someone to lead our driver team to produce high quality work in a safe & efficient manner.
Responsibilities
- Equipment Maintenance (Preventative & Repairs) - for Kenworth medium duty trucks & fleet of dumpsters / toilets
- Manage Drivers safety, efficiency, quality
- Hire & Train New Drivers
- Own routing (prepared by Office Staff)
- Drive when needed
- Yard Maintenance
- Establish, document, and implement Standard Operating Procedures
- Lead by example to create a positive work environment for all employees
Qualifications
- Commercial driving : 1 year (Preferred)
- Management Experience : 3 years (Preferred)
- CDL Class A or B : (Required)
- DOT Medical Card (Required)
