Role Responsibilities :
- Lead design activities within cross-functional development teams to deliver industry-leading experiences for clients, teammates, and the business.
- Participate in design-driven programs to define insights, craft solutions, and advocate for client needs.
- Design and deliver artifacts across various environments, adhering to design standards, industry guidelines, and best practices while exploring innovative solutions.
- Consult and collaborate with talented teams in a supportive, complex environment, understanding broader organizational goals.
- Utilize storytelling and persuasion techniques to build trust with partners and foster long-term relationships.
- Stay updated on trends, theories, methods, and processes within the design domain.
Must Have Skills / Prior Experiences :
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 2+ years of experience in the field (may include equivalent education).
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey ideas and rationales for decision-making.
- Strong understanding and application of industry and discipline standards.
- Proficiency in applicable software applications.
Plus / Nice to Have Skills / Prior Experiences :
- Experience interacting with creative teams, business owners, and technical teams.
- Working knowledge of engineering / development processes, particularly Agile.
- Comfort level in working within a self-directed culture and navigating ambiguity.
- A strong passion for improving people's lives through design.
