Shift : Days and Nights, full-time
Salary : $32-46 / hour based on experience

Key Responsibilities :
- Patient Monitoring : Continuously monitor patients’ cardiac rhythms, vital signs, and telemetry data to detect and respond to changes in their condition.
- Care Delivery : Provide high-quality care, administer medications, and manage intravenous therapies as per patient needs and physician orders.
- Data Analysis : Interpret telemetry data to identify and address potential issues or abnormalities in patients’ cardiac health.
- Collaboration : Work closely with physicians, specialists, and healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Patient Education : Educate patients and families on telemetry monitoring, care plans, and lifestyle modifications for optimal health outcomes.
- Documentation : Accurately document patient data, care interventions, and responses to ensure comprehensive care and adherence to healthcare standards.
- Emergency Response : Respond promptly to any emergencies or critical changes in patient status, utilizing advanced life support techniques as required.
Qualifications :
- Active unencumbered RN license in Ohio or compact license.
- Previous experience in telemetry or cardiac nursing preferred.
- Strong assessment skills with the ability to manage complex cardiac conditions.
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and teamwork abilities.
