JobDescription :
- Representclients in general liability defensecases
- Prepare pleadings briefs and other legaldocuments
- Conduct depositions and prepwitnesses
- Develop trial strategies andrepresent clients in court
- Collaborate withsenior litigators on case development
- Managecaseload and provide strategic advice toclients
- Focus on defensesidelitigation
Qualifications
- 4years of experience in general liabilitydefense
- Must have recent litigationexperience
- Experience in construction siteaccident cases product liability or premises liability is aplus
- Must have defensesideexperience
