Job Description : Registered Nurse - Night Shift
Location : Concord, NC 28025
Contract Duration : 13 weeks
Work Schedule :
Hours Per Week : 36.00
Shift : 7 : 00 PM - 7 : 00 AM
Key Responsibilities :
Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients within an acute rehab setting.
Monitor patient conditions, including vital signs and response to treatment.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress.
Provide emotional support and compassion to patients and their families.
Float to various locations as required to meet patient care needs.
Required Qualifications :
Current and active RN license in North Carolina.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification.
Minimum of 2 years of acute rehab nursing experience.
