Essential Responsibilities :
A Customer Service Representative (CSR) at A-1 is responsible for delivering a first-class experience for our customers at every interaction.
The right candidate enjoys working directly with customers and is able to maintain a professional disposition in any scenario.
Additionally, the CSR will be able to manage all workflow through our multiple channels of communication with clients and internal team members.
- Handle 50 - 100 calls a day professionally and timely.
- Answer all inquiries via phone, email, and online.
- Book ground transportation reservations for customers and assist with logistical planning and modifications as needed.
- Responsible for accurate record keeping and data entry.
- Quickly handle real-time changes and maintains healthy lines of communication with dispatch and field operatives.
- Work professionally and effectively with 3rd party affiliates and vendors.
- Build rapport with each customer and focuses on the overall customer experience.
- Work closely with our sales department in efforts that contribute to sales growth.
- Work closely with our dispatch department in managing the life of a reservation from intake to delivery, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Handle escalated calls, complaints, and questions from our valuable customers with urgency and bring them to a positive resolution.
- Manage other duties as assigned.

Requirements :
- Call Center experience is a plus.
- Data entry experience.
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional and customer-friendly phone etiquette.
- Team player with a solid work ethic.
- Must be a self-starter and takes initiative.
- Must be able to work one weekend day per week.
- High School Degree or GED. Associate (Preferred)
