Job Responsibilities
4+ years’ experience in Construction or Construction Insurance Consulting
Construction Estimating
Analyze delay claims in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project utilizing Critical Path Methodology (CPM) schedule analysis
Review and analyze construction claim costs related to Insurance events
Review construction contracts for terms and conditions applicable to a claim
Provide updated schedule analysis, including potential timeline impacts and narrative reports
