Grow your career as a Senior Manager of Digital Content and Merchandising with ALG Vacations. In this role, you will lead the development and orchestration of our content, partnership marketing, and sales strategy across 5 SBUs.
You will ensure consumer messaging consistency across key brand / partnership campaigns and sales across website, paid, owned, and earned media channels.
You will drive best content practices and data-driven performance and optimization while directly managing a team of 5+ individuals.
A successful Senior Manager of Digital Content and Merchandising will :
- Lead monthly development of content plan cross-channel for 5 SBUs
- Manage orchestration, analysis, and execution of monthly sales across 5 SBUs
- Leverage marketing analytics tools and channel manager expertise (GA4, PowerBI) to drive cross-channel messaging optimization
- Oversee execution of weekly content production for marketing channels across 5 SBUs and own messaging accuracy
- Manage annual multi-million-dollar partnership marketing strategy
- Create and maintain efficient workflows and cross-channel / team communication
- Own Data Assessment Management platform (DAM)
- Lead the future of content through research and development of new tools
- Demonstrate a commitment to Hyatt core values
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or management
- 6-8+ years of content management and 4+ years of team management experience, specifically in the travel or related industry
- Experience managing internal and external communications across various stakeholders and management of a team
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with large scale and high frequency campaigns that are executed accurately and efficiently
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Google Analytics
- Familiarity with business management tools such as Teams, Trello, Slack, or SharePoint is preferred
- CMS experience (Episerver / Optimizely preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and lead communication and proofing / accuracy cross-channel / teams
- Understanding of SEO best practices across website content
- Adaptable, assertive, go-getter and communication expert in writing, public speaking, and storytelling
- Ability to set clear team objectives, deliverables, and vision for the future
- Full understanding of marketing analytics and ability to see what drives each channel and make decisions accordingly
- Remain current on industry trends and content best practices related to but not limited to; digital marketing, CMS platforms, content automation, UI / UX, and AI opportunities
