Responsibilities :
- Call Center Sales experience needed. Primarily handle inbound calls from consumers interested in saving on their Medicare expenses and optimizing their benefit coverage.
- Assess and identify insurance needs of company customers over the phone.
- Effectively educate and sell health insurance plans / products to customers while providing excellent service.
Requirements :
- Must have 2 years of outbound calling experience
- Must have 2 years Medicare Sales Experience
- Must be empathetic
