Territory Manager - HVAC IT Controls
Location : Northeast Coast of the USA (50% onsite, 50% travel)

Join a leading international HVAC IT controls manufacturer with over 450 employees, dedicated to producing high-quality products for the VRF market.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and develop new export sales opportunities within the HVAC and IT sectors.
- Conduct market research, analyze trends, and assess competitors to inform sales strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with HVAC manufacturers, distributors, and installers.
- Support marketing initiatives through participation in trade shows and industry events.
- Gain an in-depth understanding of product offerings and effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
- Collect and report client feedback on product performance and market demands.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 5+ years of successful sales experience in the IT HVAC market.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
