Site Reliability Engineer

Job Summary

Manages, supports and maintains a reliable environment for the site in order to ensure the stability and security of multiple open-source systems / platforms that are run or operated in that environment.

Job Requirements

• Building and supporting a reliable site for the environment in order to meet the development and maintenance requirements of open-source systems / platforms.
• Working with the development / operation team to evaluate the health, stability and reliability of open-source systems / platforms.
• Designing and developing technical tools to debug problems that occur in the deployment of applications, within specific open-source systems / platforms.
• Providing around the clock technical support for open-source systems / platforms upgrades, rollouts and enhancements.

Education & Experience

Typically requires a Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related program or at least 1 year related experience.

Compensation

The base salary range for this position is $94,200 - $132,400 and will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education.

Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package.

This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and / or restricted stocks (RSU's), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies.
