BGE, Inc will hire a Project Manager up to a Sr PM to lead the design and engineering efforts of Water / Wastewater Treatment Facility Plants.
You can out of one of our Austin, TX offices : South Austin (Directors Blvd) or North Austin (Louis Henna Blvd).

Job Responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field
- Registered PE in Texas required or can be acquired through reciprocity within 6 months of hire.
- 10+ years and up of experience working in public works and / or municipal services projects.
- Previous project management (or right-hand task lead to PM) experience in water / wastewater treatment facilities (biological treatment systems, membrane treatment facilities, pump stations, and piping design)
Job Qualifications
- Perform project management work on a variety of civil engineering projects related to water and wastewater systems including modeling, pipeline, lift stations and pump stations facilities.
- Oversee the performance of multiple project managers and / or engineers and their teams.
- Perform, coordinate and oversee the completion of various engineering tasks by technical staff and subconsultants.
- Lead project teams across simultaneous assignments
- Supervise and mentor engineers, designers and technicians.
- Manage the quality, timeliness and financial aspects of projects.
- Serve as point of contact for clients.
- Partner with senior staff in developing and maintaining client relationships.
- Lead or support the development of project pursuits, proposals, and interviews.
