We are seeking a full-time, hybrid Revenue Cycle Manager - Coding to join our clinic located in the Lloyd district of NE Portland.

You will work with exceptional physicians who value their team and working together to help our patients get the best possible care.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of progressive coding leadership in a physician setting, preferably with strong and effective communication skills.

They should be knowledgeable on coding processes, possess strong and effective communication, and capable of leading their team effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Primary duties include excellent customer service to all external and internal customers; ensuring the standard operating procedures of the coding department are well documented, up-to-date, and communicated to staff;
  • manages day to day Professional Coding Operations and ensures coding production is accurate and completed within industry standards;

conducting and engaging in effective meetings pertaining to department matters including the Compliance Committee as a member and key stakeholder, and acting as liaison between coding department and Specialty Groups.

Hybrid remote work available upon training completion for candidates located in the Portland Metro area. Workdays will be Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 - 5 : 00pm, 40 hours per week.

Hiring pay based on open position, experience, and credentials : Level II - $101,114- $151,672 per year. This is a salaried exempt position.

Medical, Vision, and Rx Insurance is 100% paid for by The Oregon Clinic for full-time employees.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field required or 4 years equivalent professional experience accepted in lieu of degree
  • Minimum 10 years leadership experience in Professional Multi-specialty Coding required
  • Must have and maintain Certified Professional Coder credentials through AAPC
  • Expert knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT coding principals and guidelines
  • Ability to remain current of new trends, best practices, and incorporating into daily operations
  • Expert knowledge in Epic Resolute - charge Review and Charge Capture
  • Excellent communication, customer service and problem-resolution skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and learn and follow established policies and procedures.
  • Effective organizational, planning, and project management
  • Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with patients, staff, and providers
