Job Title : Senior Project Manager - Cell Therapy Development and Operations
Location : 50% onsite
Join our team as a Senior Project Manager in Cell Therapy Development and Operations. You'll be at the forefront of managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects in the Pharma / Biotech / Cell Therapy regulated environments.
Job Responsibilities :
- Manage critical projects in support of specific product programs, coordinating with functional leadership for alignment and coordination.
- Utilize PMO best practices, tools, and templates to ensure efficient project execution.
- Lead projects in a highly matrixed and cross-functional organization, meeting tight deadlines and coordinating with world-class partners, suppliers, and business leaders.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, budget, and timeline, and maintain these objectives throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify, handle, and resolve project-related issues and risks, developing specific action / risk mitigation / contingency plans.
- Manage internal and external resources and stakeholders to ensure the project schedule and budget are on track.
Skills Required :
- 5+ years of experience in GxP project management and in CAR T / Cell Therapy or Biologics.
- Understanding of GMP and FDA regulatory requirements correlating to biologics.
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in Life Sciences or technical field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly preferred.
- Proficiency with related software tools such as : MS Project, OnePager, MS PPT, MS Excel, etc.
- Strong leadership skills and executive presence with ability to positively influence outcomes.
- Highly motivated, highly organized, passionate self-starter : analytical, detail-oriented and operationally focused.
- Comfortable with uncertainty and meeting tight deadlines in the matrix environment.
- Proficient in project management standards / processes / procedures, and capable of bridging the gap in this regard for the project teams.
