Texoma Medical Center, a -bed acute care facility has been providing quality health care to the residents of North Texas and Southern Oklahoma since 5.
Our main campus is located in Denison, Texas, approximately one hour north of the Dallas / Fort Worth area and just south of the Texas / Oklahoma border.
In addition, we have numerous facilities in locations throughout the Texoma region. Since 5, TMC has forged a special relationship with the people of North Texas and Southern Oklahoma.

The Patient Care Tech works under the direction of a licensed nurse to assist in meeting the physical and psychosocial needs of patients in a professional and timely manner.
Performs various tasks as competency documentation designates. Position provides direct care with limited invasives procedures.
This position is an advancement opportunity for the Nurse Aide and adheres to the delegatable tasks approved by the Texas Board of Nursing.
Qualifications
Reading and numerical competency.
Two years of performing as a nursing assistant in the healthcare profession preferred. Completion of CNA, Medical Assistant course, two years of nursing school or other recent comparable education and job experience recommended.
BLS (Basic Life Support) Healthcare Provider course according to RQI program guidelines must be completed during new hire orientation prior to working in a clinical setting.
Completion of PCT training.
Must be able to provide basic care giving skills to patients. Must have effective communication and time management skills.
Ability to follow procedural standards safely without direct supervision. Must have the ability to demonstrate basic care giving skills and essential job functions.
