We are searching for a Sr. Digital Program Manager who can lead strategic cross-functional programs, be passionate about innovation, and navigate in a complex environment with both business and technical aspects.

This role demands a high capacity to Learn and Be Curious, Dive Deep, and Insist on the Highest Standards as we need to be continually adapting to the fast-moving environment and push to drive efficiency through simplification for global customers.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with various stakeholders, including global cross-functional teams within Amazon, external executive teams, and technical teams from both sides.

The successful candidate will need to be entrepreneurial, wear many hats and work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and highly collaborative environment.

Key job responsibilities

Be the subject matter expert of your assigned program

Define program value propositions, advantages, and limitations with data-driven insights

Be the liaison between various technical, business, and development teams to drive both proactive and reactive solutions to help scale the business

Own and support global cross-team coordination, project management, and be able to swiftly prioritize and multi-task based on severity level and strong business judgement

Identify and investigate data to isolate issues, develop solutions, and prioritize opportunities for servicing partner teams

Have a passion for continuously improving the customer experience

Be a creative problem solver who always thinks critically about next steps

Possess flexibility and have a track record of delivering results in a fast-paced and highly ambiguous work environment

About the team

Our mission is to make available to Prime Video customers the largest and highest quality, and most enriched catalog of video content anywhere in the world.

We aim to create a friction-free self-service digital supply chain that meets the needs of all studio partners regardless of size, budget, location, language, or technical capability.

By doing so, we remove distribution limitations and level the playing field across studios, so every title is available to every customer worldwide and the best content wins.

Basic Qualifications

5+ years of experience working with large global organizations as a Program Manager, Product Manager, Digital Supply Chain Manager, or similar role

5+ years of experience using MS Excel, including the ability to create pivot tables, use VLookups, and charts

3+ years of communicating program / project status to executive-level leadership

Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of equivalent professional experience

Preferred Qualifications

Strong attention to detail, end-to-end ownership, and driving results in ambiguous environments

Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver products and projects on tight deadlines

Advanced data analysis skills utilizing SQL or other programming languages

Proven ability to work backward from a problem statement, analyze available solutions, conceive new ones and design a step-by-step execution plan to build the solution and continuously improve

Strong verbal / written communication, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams

Be self-driven, and show ability to deliver on ambiguous projects with incomplete or imperfect data

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $114,500 / year in our lowest geographic market up to $245,000 / year in our highest geographic market.

Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and / or other benefits.
