Compensation Analyst (ID:45729)
Looking for a Compensation Analyst to provide analytical and administrative support for compensation processes, including analysis, reporting, and base pay programs, which include contract and non-contractual wage scales.
Key responsibilities include analyzing market data, evaluating job roles, ensuring regulatory compliance, and developing salary structures.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proficiency in compensation software, and a solid understanding of HR practices.
A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field and 2 / 3+ years of experience in compensation analysis are preferred.
Worksite Location : Bloomington MN - Hybrid
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Partner with other HR team members as a subject matter expert to resolve issues and provide solutions, including conducting analysis and modeling business-specific compensation designs or data.
- Assist in developing, updating, and modeling annual incentive compensation plans.
- Compile, analyze, and distribute periodic transactional and summary compensation data.
- Initiate monthly and periodic compensation and position change business processes (e.g., changes to base pay)
- Perform compensation evaluation and analysis (e.g., job analysis, evaluation, classification, and benchmark job review) using market pricing tool.
- Participate in salary surveys and update and maintain market pricing tools.
- Respond to inquiries regarding compensation-related matters.
- Perform other compensation and human resources-related duties as assigned.
- Act as Workday expert on security and compensation business process configuration.
- Assist with the standardization and documentation of compensation processed.
Required Skills & Experience : (ensure this heading is bold)
- A four-year degree or equivalent work experience is strongly preferred; a high school diploma or GED is required.
- 1 3 years of work experience in the compensation discipline or related HR or Finance experience is required.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products to be used to develop analysis, charts, or other supporting documentation.
