Physical Therapist
NEW PHYSICAL THERAPIST OPPORTUNITY! This is Savannah with Mitchell Martin Healthcare! We've partnered with a well-known nursing and rehab center in Livingston, NJ and they are seeking a Physical Therapist!
Type : 13-week contract with the possibility of extension
Shift : Mon-Fri 8am-4pm
Location : Livingston, NJ
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement individualized therapy programs designed to restore, reinforce, and enhance performance
- Identify the need for and make referrals to other disciplines to address the comprehensive needs of the patient
- Instruct, educate, and train patients and caregivers in the skills and functions essential for promoting patient independence and productivity, in order to diminish or correct pathology
- Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants, provisional licensees, students, and support personnel in accordance with state licensure requirements and professional standards
Requirements :
- NJ State PT License
- 1+ year of SNF / acute / inpatient experience required
