TITLE : ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF MARKETING

This is a big job, and we are looking for an energetic, problem-solving person with an AMAZING 'get it done' attitude to start working with us ASAP!

We are seeking a dynamic one-of-a-kind marketing professional to join our team! In this role, you will be handling all aspects of marketing including but not limited to online, email and social media marketing efforts.

We are looking for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced growing and dynamic environment. We want you to build the department strategies and processes down to the nitty-gritty.

Someone who has the desire and passion to become an executive team member will have an opportunity to make that happen here.

Chris Collins Inc. is a boutique consulting firm, located in Downtown Los Angeles, focused on improving businesses all across the country with emphasis on Auto Dealerships.

We are looking for a dynamic person who :

  • Has 5+ years of relevant marketing experience.
  • Must have experience in online marketing, managing social media campaigns
  • Must have experience working with medium to large marketing budgets and be able to show and understand conversions and online sales metrics
  • Must have marketing expertise with a sales personality to succeed in this role
  • Has the personality to grow and develop into an executive team member
  • Has a roll up your sleeves and get it done.
  • Believes no job is too big or too small for their role and title.
  • Exudes love for customers.
  • Is a disciplined worker.
  • Can assess and process how to do things strategically, effectively, efficiently, and cost-consciously.
  • Is willing to learn and is looking for feedback on how to get better / work smarter.
  • Has fantastic communication skills.
  • Has a strong attention to detail.
  • Can work alone or in a team setting and be successful in both.
  • Is looking for a place to maximize their abilities / capabilities, a place to grow and learn, and a place to stay long-term!

This is an in-person in-office job. You will work in the office Monday through Friday 8 hours a day and need to have the flexibility to start earlier and / or work later depending on the needs of the business.
