Now Hiring a Construction Manager is to fully manage all phases of the project including maintaining client relationships, schedules, budgets and profitability through project completion.

Job duties and Responsibilities :

Works closely with the design team in the pre-development stages which includes proposals, demonstrations, reviewing the scope of work, providing input of construction techniques and best practices, developing cost effective projects, and a schedule for completion.
Develops and prepares conceptual estimates from design documents and / or narratives.
Tracks and manages material take-off prior to construction.
Responsible for scheduling subcontractors, managing purchase order deliveries, and verifying quantities
Coordinates work of subcontractors working on various phases of multiple projects.
Oversees performance of all trade contractors and reviews architectural and engineering drawings to ensure that all specifications and regulations are being followed.
