Daily job duties include :
- To positively and professionally represent the company to help create new customer leads.
- Clearly communicate and make proactive contact with customer to help close sales opportunities and make new opportunities.
- Understand and be able to communicate all of the many services we offer as a company.
- Help make sure customers understand the options presented to them and how to help them finance projects if needed.
- Help maintain and update customer database with current information.
- Clear and concise communication with department managers, employees, and company customers, including keeping customers appraised as to company schedule and requested lead-times.
Required Qualifications :
- Advanced Customer Service Skills.
- Ability to multi-task, Organizational Skills.
- Geographical knowledge of service area, knowledge of Plumbing industry is recommended but not required.
- Computer skills a must as you will be using MS, Google, and Data Entry software
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Two years related experience and / or training in Customer Service / Inside Sales or equivalent combination of education and experience.
