Sales Professional- Circuit Protection and Controls Business
Siemens is looking for an experienced Industrial Account Manager for the Texas area. The person chosen for this key role will manage, penetrate, and grow Industrial End-User’s in these markets and will carry a multi-million-dollar quota.
This person will be responsible for driving project sales with Industrial End-Users direct as well as through Contractors and Channel Partners.
Candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and growing relationships throughout various Industrial End-User organizations.
Sales Professional- Circuit Protection and Controls Business
This position will be based in Texas with a preference for Western Texas.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients along with identifying target potential customers.
- Present, promote and sell electrical components such as circuit breakers, control products and other related items to prospective customers.
- Provide technical support and product knowledge to customers ensuring they understand the features and benefits of the products.
- Negotiate pricing and close sales agreements to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Collaborate with business development and other resources to address customer needs and feedback.
- Utilize CRM software to manage customer accounts, track sales opportunities and activities.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses to management as required.

Basic Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree
- 4+ years of Industrial Sales Experience
- Estimated travel requirement is 30%.
- Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in working with electrical distributors, engineers, purchasing and industrial clients.
- Knowledge of electrical products including circuit breakers, AC controls, safety switches and related components.
- Proven track record of successful sales experience in the electrical components industry.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
