Job Description :
- The Customer Service representative should have clear communication skills, both with phone calls and through email. The client base is 65+ Medicare participants, which requires empathy, patience and a positive attitude.
- Reps should have knowledge of Insurance terminology, Medicare & Part D plans.
- Problem solving, organizational know how and collaboration skills, as the CSR is the liaison between the members, providers and pharmacies, as well as other carriers to resolve claim and prescriptions issues.
- Multi-tasking, adaptability, documentation and follow up skills are a must. Reps should have basic computer skills for database and website navigation, Microsoft outlook, word and excel knowledge.
Work Environment :
- 5 days onsite
- 10-6pm
