A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Total Rewards & People Analytics.Key Responsibilities : Oversee all compensation and equity programs, including executive compensationDesign stock option forecasts, participate in Compensation Committee meetings, and administer the Stock Option PlanPartner with Leadership to align Total Rewards with business objectives and develop compensation infrastructureQualifications : Strong experience with data and analytics within a People Operations TeamProven ability to align technology to enhance business performanceDemonstrated skills in coaching, leading, and developing talentHigh emotional intelligence and collaborative approachCommitted continual learner in the field of people analytics
