Jacksonville Territory Manager in Audiology Services

We are looking for a friendly and driven individual to join our team as a Territory Manager in the Health, Wellness and Fitness industry.
As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our market presence within a specific geographical area.
Your main focus will be on developing and nurturing relationships with clients, implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth within the assigned territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Prospect and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to identify business opportunities
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track progress and performance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing business within a territory
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory
