Special Projects Manager to the COO
Triumvirate Environmental, one of the largest environmental services firms in North America, is seeking a Special Projects Manager to assist the Chief Operating Officer .
The chosen candidate will manage and execute projects to benefit the operations function of the organization. This will include working with stakeholders across the regions to coordinate on multiple high-level initiatives simultaneously, taking initiative and primary responsibility for these initiatives to see them through to completion.

This position reports to the Chief Operating Officer . This role is onsite and is based in Somerville, MA corporate office.
Essential responsibilities :
- Oversee operational business initiatives.
- Suggest process, data, and reporting improvements to stakeholders.
- Provide metric-based, operational decision-making support.
- Assist the COO with special business projects pertaining to many facets of the organization.
- Support cross-functional programs, processes, and systems to drive performance and productivity improvements.
- Build and maintain positive relationships and rapport with internal employees and external associates.
- Facilitate cross-departmental / cross-regional meetings.
- Willing and able to travel for the company as needed.
- Perform other duties as needed and assigned.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of operations or project management experience.
- Strong project management skills.
- Strong MS Office skills
- Experience overseeing operational business initiatives.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to execute multiple projects simultaneously, working accurately and effectively under pressure.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills combined with excellent listening skills.
- Microsoft Planner and Oracle ERP experience preferred.
