We are seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Interpreter (SLI) to work full-time for theschool year in Washington. The ideal candidate will be passionate about working with a variety ofstudents who have hearing and / or speech impairments, and be able to provide interpreting services in American Sign Language (ASL) and / or other forms of communication.

Responsibilities :
- Provide sign-language interpretation services to facilitate communication between deaf or hard-of-hearing individuals and others in educational settings.
- Interpret spoken language into sign language and vice versa during classroom instruction, meetings, and other school-related activities.
- Ensure accuracy, clarity, and confidentiality in all interpretation assignments.
Qualifications :
- Certification as a sign-language interpreter- 4.0 EIPA
- Proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL) and knowledge of deaf culture.
- Experience working as a sign-language interpreter in educational settings preferred.
Position Details :
- Weekly Pay : Competitive hourly rate- 32.25 Hours / week
- Caseload : K-12th grade students
- Onsite only
