REMOTE Sales Finance Manager

Our valued client is seeking an Interim Sales Finance Manager to help their team optimize deal structures, pricing strategies, and overall sales finance review and approval processes.

Responsibilities :

• Understanding of complex deal structures and non-standard contract terms, assessing and analyzing commercial / financial risks associated with certain deal structures, deal review, financial controls, and pricing review process
• Perform detailed financial modeling for proposed deals, analyzing revenue impact, profitability, and margin forecasts.
• Collaborate with legal and finance teams to review contracts
• Act as a key liaison between sales, finance, and operations teams to address deal-related inquiries, approve exceptions, and provide guidance on complex deal terms and pricing structures.
• Develop and implement streamlined processes for deal desk operations, including standard operating procedures and performance metrics.

Regularly report on key performance indicators, such as deal velocity, win rates, and pricing effectiveness. Requirements :

• 5+ years relevant work experience in sales finance, commercial operations, deal desk and / or FP&A
• 3+ years of progressively increasing management level responsibility, complexity, and scale of work
• BA / BS degree or equivalent degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Statistics or related quantitative field
