Duties :

- Address day-to-day demands related to various mergers and acquisitions issues.
Requirements :
- 6-8 years of mergers and acquisitions experience.
- Strong mergers and acquisitions skills, including drafting and negotiation expertise.
- Proven ability to manage deal processes and client relationships effectively.
- Experience in supervising and mentoring junior associates.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- High degree of maturity and business sense.
Education and Certifications :
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Florida State Bar or eligibility for admission via reciprocity.
- Additional certifications related to corporate law and mergers and acquisitions are advantageous.
Skills :
- Proficiency in drafting and negotiating legal documents.
- Strong understanding of corporate law and mergers and acquisitions principles.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
