Job Title : Senior Project Manager - Audit / Archer
Duration : 12 Months
Location : Charlotte, NC (4 days on site)
Required Pay Scale : 70-74 / r w2
Due to client requirements this role is only open to USC or GC candidates
Job Summary :
Must Have Sklls / Prior Experiences :
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business or related field, or equivalent education and related training or experience. 5-7 years progressive related experience in either a consulting, project management or process improvement related role.
Expert-level understanding of project management framework and methodologies. Highly developed skills and experience in developing and implementing processes, standards and operational plans that will have an impact on the achievement of functional results.
Proven leadership in the implementation of complex projects, issue resolution, communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
The ability to communicate with and influence others, conduct difficult negotiations and manage to stringent timelines for project deliverables.
Proven ability to make decisions under pressure and bring clarity to ambiguous assignments. Demonstrated ability to effectively manage time, delegate and problem-solve.
Nice to have -
Advanced degree in a relevant field of work (, MBA) and / or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Experience implementing large / complex initiatives across a matrix organization.
Auditing and / or large bank experience. Archer and / or Tempus experience.
