We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to manage and enhance scoped applications within the ServiceNow platform. Responsibilities include the development, maintenance, and customization of ServiceNow applications, utilizing scripting languages such as JavaScript and GlideScript to improve functionality and user experience.
You'll be responsible for integrating ServiceNow with other systems via APIs, designing data structures, and configuring workflows using Flow Designer.
Additionally, the role involves developing reports and dashboards, ensuring data security, and creating comprehensive documentation.
Close collaboration with Scrum Masters, business stakeholders, and IT teams is essential to address ongoing needs and ensure successful implementation.
Qualifications :
- Experience : 2+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience for junior roles or 5+ years for advanced positions.
- Skills : Proficiency in JavaScript and GlideScript development frameworks.
- Education : Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Certifications : ServiceNow certifications and ITIL qualifications are a plus.
- Clearance : U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance; an active Secret Clearance is preferred.
