As our Family Nurse Practitioner, the expectations are as follows : -Assist PCPs in patient care relating to a patient panel of all ages-Have the ability to critically think, assess, and diagnose efficiently and effectively-Consider 30-minute visits for new patients and be able effectively asses needs and treatment plans promptly-Work alongside our Community Health Workers team and PCPsQUALIFICATIONS : -To be considered, the candidate MUST be able to work independently and autonomously without supervision-Able to demonstrate critical thinking and situational awareness, while communicating action plans to medical leadership-2 years experience preferred.
