PT - outpatient needed asapDaysGreat Opportunity with Movement for Life at their Central Coast of CA location-Arroyo Grande, CA.
30 week contract from Dec. 1st to June 30th.Hold license as a Physical Therapist in the state in which you intend to workMaintain and update PT skills and certifications as necessaryEvaluate and treat patients for physical therapy and rehabilitation programsUtilize Electronic Medical Record to complete evaluations, reports and discharge summaries forpatient filesThis position works in the patient physical therapy clinic an outpatient / rehabilitation setting.
No travel is expected for this position.Required Education and Experience Degree in Physical Therapy.Preferred Education and Experience Continuing Education courses.
Additional Eligibility QualificationsMust hold active license or plan to test in the near future to hold license as a Physical Therapist in the state in which you intend towork.1 year experience
