Job Summary :
- Provides and coordinates administrative support for the human resource teams day-to-day activities and workflow.
- Assists team with the roll out of implementation of programs and initiatives.
- Responds to inquiries related to policies and procedures.
Essential Functions :
- Provides first line representation for questions, problems, plan, and policy interpretation.
- Generates custom query requests according to the needs of customers. Also runs daily quality control queries for data maintenance.
- Provides information to teammates on matters pertaining to their personal information.
- Assists Leaders with various projects, presentations, and reports for their respective areas.

- Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Must be able to take directions from more than one person and be able to prioritize work.
- Must be able to handle a high volume of paper flow, multiple tasks, be flexible and detail orientated.

Education :
- High School Diploma or GED required.
