Full-Time Nanny in Cotswold for a 3-year-old and 2-year-old

Charlotte’s Best Nanny Agency is assisting a family in the Cotswold neighborhood of Charlotte in finding a Full-Time Nanny for their 3-year-old, and 2-year-old.

The nanny would typically be needed Monday - Friday 7 : 45 am - 5 : 00 pm (46.25 hrs). Occasionally, the nanny would be asked to stay late, if the parents needed to work late.

The best nanny for this family would be dependable, punctual, attentive, calm, engaging, and experienced in caring for multiple toddlers.

The nanny will help the family ensure their children adhere to their daily schedules and routines while prioritizing safety.

They are looking for a nanny who can creatively engage the children in activities that promote their individual goals and milestones.

Their children are very active and enjoy playing with toys, being read to, going on walks, doing arts and crafts, and playing outside.

The nanny should actively participate in developmental activities and interact with the children on their level. Beginning in September, both children will attend preschool from 9 : 00 am to 12 : 30 pm, with the oldest attending four days a week and the youngest three days a week.

The nanny will be responsible for safely transporting them to and from preschool. The family seeks a nanny committed to supporting their children's growing needs and developmental achievements over the years.

The nanny should also be able to respect and support the parents' wishes regarding how the children should be cared for. It is important to the family that the nanny communicates well, can talk through anything related to the children’s care, as well as being open to any adjustments that need to be made, as the children grow older.

They are looking for a nanny who will stay with them long-term and be comfortable caring for an additional child if the family grows.

Nanny Responsibilities Include :

Meeting daily scheduling needs of the children (Feeding, Changing, Napping)

Engaging with the children on an age-appropriate level

Playing with the children both inside and outside the home

Going on walks and doing developmental activities

Doing hands-on learning activities with the children

Household Duties Include (Children are first priority) :

Children’s laundry and changing children’s sheets weekly

Children’s meal prep and cleaning up after meals

Unloading / loading the dishwasher

Sanitizing toys and frequently used surfaces by the children

Picking up after the nanny and children throughout the day

Emptying diaper pail and stocking diapers

Grocery shopping for children's meal prep

Qualifications :

Have at least 3 years of professional nanny experience

Have a professional resume

Fill out a complete online application

Pass a national background check, including a driving record check

Have a valid driver’s license

Have safe and reliable transportation

Have a minimum of three professional references

CPR and First Aid Certified

Nanny should be fluent in English, any additional languages are a plus

Must be up to date on TDAP (if they add a new baby) and Flu vaccine preferred not required

Start Date, Salary, and Benefits :

This position starts on November 4th

Legal pay is offered at $24.00-$27.00 negotiable depending on experience
