Job Description
We are seeking a talented real estate acquisitions specialist to join one of our real estate teams. You will pursue new properties for the team and cultivate relationships with buyers to sell these properties.
You must be results-oriented, think strategically, and build connections with homeowners and investors. Real estate license is required.
Team sales and lead generation are a big part of this upside commission opportunity as well. If you provide top-level service and are ready for a change, we would love for you to be a part of our acquisitions team! Apply now!
Compensation :
$80,000 - $165,000 at plan commissions
Responsibilities :
- Ensure a smooth transaction between buyers and sellers
- Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task until deals are closed
- Perform due diligence on real estate market and geographical trends, partnership and investment models, and prepare contracts, letter of intent, and other business administration paperwork to ensure sales
- Gain trust with prospects to overcome objections and facilitate a signed contract
- Respond to all leads in a timely manner to drive business forward
- Find acquisition properties
- Develop builder, developer, and contractor network
- Investment property lead generation
- Investment property lead follow-up
- Listing appointments
- Investment property buyer and seller sales
Qualifications :
- Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed
- Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments
- A real estate license is required

- Must live in within the greater Detroit or surrounding areas
