This position is also not an 8 : 30 AM - 5 PM position, this person will work alongside the owner, at the highest level possible, as their right hand and will want to support him at all times as needed.

Compensation :

  • Salary Range : $55,000 - $65,000
  • Paid Time Off

Compensation :

$55,000 - $65,000 yearly

Responsibilities :

  • Take charge of the day-to-day operations of our office, fostering an environment where productivity and collaboration flourish.
  • Collaborate closely with our Director of Operations to implement systems and processes that optimize workflow and efficiency.
  • Maintain meticulous control over inventory levels and streamline procurement processes for office supplies.
  • Extend a warm welcome to guests and oversee their experience, setting the tone for professionalism and hospitality.
  • Assume responsibility for opening and closing the building, ensuring security protocols are adhered to with precision.
  • Forge strong partnerships with our cleaning crew, ensuring our workspace reflects our commitment to excellence at all times.
  • Oversee office space rentals and event personnel, ensuring every occasion is executed flawlessly and exceeds expectations.
  • Proactively engage with our community through outbound calls, confirming attendance for events, and addressing inquiries with warmth and professionalism.
  • Manage the office budget, tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities wherever possible.
  • Act as a liaison between various departments within the organization, facilitating communication and promoting cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum of three years experience in office management or a related field, demonstrating your ability to lead with confidence and competence.
  • Proficiency with Apple products is preferred, reflecting our commitment to innovation and cutting-edge technology.

  • Your communication skills are impeccable, allowing you to build rapport effortlessly and convey information with clarity and conviction.
