As an Audit Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing audit engagements for nonprofit organizations (NPOs) in the Anaheim area.
You'll be responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, including Single Audits, and providing valuable insights to our clients.
You will be a part of a firm that leverages cutting-edge technology, including AI and cloud computing, to deliver efficient solutions tailored to our clients' unique needs.
As a team leader this role is onsite but options for some Hybrid arrangements could be available depending on your leadership style.

Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and Manage Audit Engagements : Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of audits for NPOs, ensuring adherence to GAAP, GAAS, OMB Uniform Guidance, and other relevant standards.
- Provide Expert Guidance : Offer strategic advice to clients on audit and financial matters, leveraging your in-depth knowledge of NPOs and Single Audits.
- Develop Strong Client Relationships : Build lasting partnerships with clients by delivering exceptional service and exceeding their expectations.
- Mentor and Develop Team Members : Guide and support audit staff to foster a high-performing team and ensure the highest quality of work.
- Stay Updated on Industry Trends : Keep abreast of evolving regulations, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to provide cutting-edge solutions.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA preferred)
- Experience in financial audits at a public accounting firm with a strong focus on nonprofit organizations and Single Audits
- In-depth understanding of GAAP, GAAS, OMB Uniform Guidance, and other relevant standards
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Experience leading a team.
