We are seeking for a SeniorDevelopment Accountant to join our dynamic real estate team. This hybrid roleoffers a competitive base salary up to $110k plus a 10% bonus.

As a Senior DevelopmentAccountant, you will engage in both development and operational propertyaccounting. Approximately 80% of your responsibilities will involve developmentaccounting.
You'll also manage operational property accounting for several assets.Ideal candidates will have substantial experience in development orconstruction accounting, with a preference for those who have a blend ofdevelopment and property accounting expertise.
