Job Description : We are seeking a passionate and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for the 2024-2025 school year.

As a Virtual SLP, you will provide teletherapy services to students in California, delivering high-quality speech and language interventions through our online platform.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' speech and language needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' communication goals.
• Provide virtual therapy sessions using evidence-based practices and innovative technology.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication skills in academic and social settings.
• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and student outcomes.
• Stay current with best practices and trends in the field of speech-language pathology.

Requirements :

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid California license or eligibility for licensure in California.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working as an SLP, preferably in a school setting.
• Proficiency in using teletherapy platforms and technology for remote service delivery.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Commitment to cultural competence and sensitivity in working with diverse student populations.
• Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace for virtual sessions.
